Property Ownership

Generally property is understood as the piece of land, which has a specific owner. However, in real terms, property refers to all such things, which provides exclusive rights to a person or a group of owners. There are three types of accepted property including real property (land related ownership), personal property (other possessions) and the intellectual property (rights related to creations, inventions, arts). The purpose of property empowers the respective owners to take maximum advantages of the property associated. It depends on the owner to use or not to use the property for monetary use or the personal use.

The property ownership rights are very much associated with the social status of a person. In ancient times, people who hold a great deal of property are known as the affluent people of the society. They had money and power to influence others. Till now, landowners are considered rich.
